Teens can relate to this artist being our age, we feel we have more in common then we do with a pop/rock artist who is 25 and over. This also may be due to fact she played the role of a teenager, dealing with stereotypical and similar lifetsyle situations teens have, in one the most successful teen comedy's in the USA, Hannah Montana. She is wearing both black and white which connotes she has both an angel and devil side to her personality. It also allows her silhouette to stand out from the background of this cd cover. She is surrounded by red cases, this portrays she is on the move, travelling from place to place. The cover entitiles 'BREAKOUT' which suggests that she is hitting the road and ready to explore new horizons to enhance her career further. Another reason which concludes my evidence of this is the background of a long road with a bright light in the distance which connotes that she is on the way to stardom and a bright future. She holds a microphone to her mouth to show that she loves singing and that it is apart of her, she carries the microphone with her on her journey to emphasize the fact that this is what she intends to continue to do in her future plans.
